Desilube 100L

Product Highlights:

  • Desilube 100L is a highly effective package for grease formulations.

  • Provides excellent extreme pressure (EP), lubricity, anti-friction (AF) and anti-wear (AW), rust and copper inhibiting properties to various formulations.

  • To be used with: Li, LiX, CaS, Bentonite clay, Polyurea, AlX greases

Desilube 77

Product Highlights:

  • Desilube 77 is an ecofriendly high performance anti-wear, anti-friction, extreme pressure lubricant additive.

  • Liquid oil-free antiwear/extreme pressure additive to be combined with mineral oil-based systems to replace very high contents of chlorinated paraffins in heavy duty metalworking operations such as drawing, deep drawing, heading, etc.

  • This additive is soluble in Group I-IV and some Group V base oils.

Desilube 98F

Product Highlights:

  • Desilube 98F is an ecofriendly high performance anti-wear, anti-friction, extreme pressure lubricant additive.

  • HX-1 certified by NSF International for food-grade lubricants.

  • Certified for Ecolabel ready and registered on the LuSC list
  • Suitable for stable suspensions in solvents, mineral oils, greases and pastes.

  • Water soluble powder with solubility up to 20%.

  • Replacement for graphite, MoS2, chlorinated paraffins and sulfurized olefins in a broad range of applications.

  • Used in formulations of various synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, light color mold release compounds and pre-lube coatings, and water-based synthetic forging lubes.

Desilube AEP

Product Highlights:

  • Desilube AEP is a novel lignin-based extreme pressure additive.

  • Naturally occurring, non-toxic and biodegradable which features make it the ideal choice of additive for ECO GREEN lubricant and grease applications.

  • Synergistic to many commercial additives such as MoS2 or S/P additives.

  • In addition to extreme pressure/load carrying properties, this product exhibits multiple performance features including antioxidancy and rheological modification properties (e.g. thickening effect)
